Rambai Tree Lodges
We are a small establishment, with two wood constructed lodges in one of the most unique locations in the world. From the balconies of our rooms it is not uncommon to see an orangutan clambering up the wall of jungle, huge troops of long tailed macaque monkeys journeying to a favoured spot within the forest, or hornbills perching in a favourite tree next to the river. From the balcony watch swifts soar and swoop over the surface of the river whilst frogs and insects bestow the pulse of the jungle.
Our rooms have been thoughtfully designed and decorated to offer serenity and calm as well as a quirky and original feel.
Staying at Rambai Tree jungle lodges appeals to all the senses, with stunning views of the jungle and river, the sounds of the vibrant, living rainforest, the rushing river and the feel of a cool breeze as you swing in a hammock on the balcony.
Rainforest Lodge
Our Rainforest lodge is an exquisite, spacious room popular with both couples, small groups and families. It is perfect for those looking for some comfort in the jungle and it is ideal for honeymooners looking for some luxury for a reasonable price.
The handmade wooden bed is super king sized with a beautiful, cotton, mosquito net. There is a separate downstairs room with a day bed and space for an additional mattress.
In the downstairs area there is a large private bathroom with a hot shower, sink and Western toilet. .
The private balcony provides seating and a spectacular view of the
Bohorok River below. Wildlife sightings from this vantage point are common. The sound of the river and the hum of the jungle remind you that you are enveloped in nature and you may not want to go home!

River Lodge
Our River Lodge is a spacious room with a large private terrace, offering direct access to the Bohorok river. Enjoy uninterupted views of the river and jungle whilst enjoying a coffee on the balcony.
This room is particularly good for those with young children that might need a little bit of space to stretch their legs. It is also a treat for couples looking for a little bit of luxury and privacy.
This room is furnished with a super king sized bed, day bed, which can be used as a single bed, and room for an additional single mattress. It also offers a beautiful private bathroom with a hot water shower, sink and Western toilet.
Mosquito nets, bedding and towels provided.
